National Membership Criteria

Active

• 5 Years Experience
• Experience Substitutes (1 Yr. Max.)
1. SIOR courses 100, 103, 200, and 203
2. Graduate degree (MA, MS or Ph.D.) in real estate related field
3. Accredited REALTOR® designation like CCIM, CPM CRE
4. A CPA, JD, or other preferred degree approved by SIOR national
• Two letters of recommendation
• Transaction Volume Criteria - 3 Years or 36 months out of 4 years or 48 months with minimum of 5 transactions per year.
• Seventy (70%) Percent of Volume in a Third Party Specialization Area (Office or Industrial)
