About Event

With the widely reported lawsuits involving the real estate industry and the subsequential verdicts and settlements, the GAR Forms Committee has responded with revisions to the GAR Forms Package. This course explains the changes to create the 2024 GAR contracts package along with the mid-year revisions. With an emphasis on protection of the REALTOR® by protecting the public, the class is interactive, informative, and challenging.
