ARA | Community Service Volunteer Day with City of Refuge

Join ARA for a meaningful day of service and community impact!

We are partnering with City of Refuge, a nonprofit organization that helps people facing poverty, homelessness, and addiction. It’s located on the west side of the city and serves the surrounding community. The organization provides services like job training, housing support, education programs, and healthcare. Its goal is to help people become stable and self-sufficient over time.

Volunteers will assist with on-site service activities, which may include supporting community programs, helping with meal service, organizing donations, assisting with events, or other general support tasks as needed.

Date: Friday, June 26th

Location: 1300 Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30314

There are two volunteer shift options:

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Lunch will be provided between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM for all volunteers.

Please note: There must be a minimum of 5 people registered for each shift for it to take place. Volunteers signing up for a shift must commit to attending for the full duration of their selected time.
